The Dallas, Texas office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Commercial Finance Associate.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience representing lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions
- Demonstrated expertise in real estate finance transactions
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex financial documentation and negotiations
- Willingness to reside in and serve the Dallas, Texas market
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $195,000 to $220,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly objective bonus
- Annual objective bonus
- Annual subjective bonus
